Fonctionnement rentable et sans problème

Les variateurs Emotron Active Front End sont disponibles en deux versions : Les variateurs à faible taux d’harmoniques et les variateurs régénératifs. Les deux sont basés sur les variateurs de fréquence Emotron standard (VFX), offrant la même fiabilité, la même facilité d’utilisation et les mêmes fonctionnalités avancées. Les variateurs de fréquence sont livrés en tant que solutions complètes dans des armoires classées IP54.

Efficacité maximale et flexibilité pour s’adapter à toutes les applications

L’Emotron AFE 2.1, avec un rendement optimal et une faible distorsion harmonique, est disponible dans une large gamme de puissances. Il n’est pas sensible aux chutes de tension ou aux harmoniques, fournit un facteur de puissance unitaire et dispose d’une large marge de puissance. Chaque aspect de sa construction est conçu pour garantir un fonctionnement fiable à tout moment.

L’AFE2.1 est composé de modules PEBB (Power Electronic Building Block) compacts avec une variété d’options de refroidissement. Pour éviter les temps d’arrêt, les modules sont autosurveillés et interchangeables. Les options de communication sont nombreuses et les options de service étendues comprennent l’accès à distance.

Fonctionnement sans problème

Les variateurs AFE d’Emotron produisent des distorsions harmoniques extrêmement faibles. Ils fournissent un véritable facteur de puissance unitaire et offrent la possibilité de compenser la puissance réactive. Les variateurs ne sont pas sensibles aux chutes de tension ou aux harmoniques provenant d’autres équipements. L’amplification de la tension assure la pleine puissance du moteur en cas de fluctuations de la tension secteur.

Faibles distorsions harmoniques

Les variateurs Emotron à faible taux d’harmoniques produisent généralement moins de 5 % de THDI, contre 30 à 50 % pour les variateurs conventionnels, ce qui est conforme à la norme IEEE-519. Les pertes de puissance réduites éliminent le besoin de câbles et de transformateurs surdimensionnés. Des distorsions plus faibles entraînent également moins de dysfonctionnements dans d’autres équipements électroniques.

Freinage par régénération

Les variateurs régénératifs Emotron, outre leur faible distorsion harmonique, permettent de réaliser des économies d’énergie considérables en renvoyant l’énergie de freinage vers le réseau dans des applications telles que les grues et les centrifugeuses. Les variateurs sont conçus pour fonctionner dans les quatre quadrants, avec une puissance de 100 % dans les deux sens, ce qui garantit une puissance de freinage complète et continue.

Refroidissement liquide « Slim-LC »

L’Emotron AFE est disponible en version refroidie par air et en version refroidie par liquide. Dans la version refroidie par liquide, approuvée par le DNV, un système de refroidissement de pointe et les blocs modulaires PEBB (Power Electronic Building Blocks) constituent la base d’un système d’entraînement AFE plus compact.

Dans le système AFE Emotron refroidi par liquide, le PEBB est monté sans cadre directement dans l’armoire, ce qui permet d’économiser de l’espace et de l’argent.

Le système de refroidissement est facile à alimenter avec de l’eau industrielle provenant de votre propre système de refroidissement d’eau ou d’une section d’échangeur de chaleur eau-eau optionnelle livrée dans le cadre de votre armoire de solution d’entraînement complète.
